The Iberostar is an all-inclusive resort hotel with an on-site golf course and tennis courts, multiple pools, ten restaurants and bars, and a spa. Your room registration includes all meals and beverages during your stay. The Institute schedule and registration fees are as follows:
Sep 16–19 DGEs and DGNs $250
Sep 17-19 All other Learning Tracks $225*
Sep 18-19 Institute Only $200
*Learning tracks: Membership/Public Image (combined), Foundation/DISC (combined), End Polio Now, Facilitation, Future Leaders, DGN & DGE Spouse/Partner.
You will receive an email to register for the Institute only after you book your hotel room. Those who have already booked a room will be receiving a link to register for the Institute very soon. You should plan to arrive the day before your learning track begins. Please read the instructions below to book your room.
Only those who register for their hotel room through the link provided below will be eligible to receive these low registration rates. Those staying off-site and those who book their rooms through another method will be assessed a higher fee.

- The conference rate is available for up to three days prior and three days following the Institute, however, you may only book rooms for the nights of Sep 15 through Sep 19 through the reservation link. If you wish to extend your stay, you must contact the hotel to make those arrangements. The group code is ROT26USD.

- There is a three-night minimum stay. You must make sure you enter at least 3 nights.
- The cost of a double room is only slightly higher than the cost of a single, so we encourage you to consider bringing your spouse/partner or a friend to room with. The cost of one night’s stay must be paid at booking, but it is refundable if your plans change.
- There are a specific number of rooms available in each category, so you will want to book as soon as possible to ensure you can get the room you want. There are two buildings at the resort from which you may choose. They are: Iberostar Selection Cancun and Iberostar Selection Coral. The Iberostar Selection Coral is a new, adults-only building with exclusive access available to only those staying in the building.
