Zones 25B and 29 Financial Statements


We are providing financial statements on our Zones 25B and 29 Budget.  The financial statement includes information on the Zones 25B and 29 Institute highlighting the revenues and expenses.  The reserve is a roll over from several Zone Institutes that were held in the past, including those that were from our prior Zones.  

It is helpful to maintain a reserve as one never knows when an occasion will arise in which a Zone Institute needs to be cancelled out of concern for Rotarians' health and well-being, such as the recent COVID shutdown.  I am sure all of you have some reserve funds for District Conferences and PETS programs to protect your District in the instance of a shutdown.
