Keeping the Lions on Their Stools: District Trainers are Prepared
This session emphasizes Rotary International strategic priorities and how district trainers can make a huge impact with adult learning facilitation and training resources. It focuses on strategies and techniques that provide a foundation for new district trainers and extension of ideas for the veterans. The session is presented as an idea exchange and workshop that is interactive with the intent to share “lessons learned”. It is designed to involve participants including the facilitators and establish a network of RI District trainers to support one another and continue to create new ideas and build on highly effective ones.
