Welcome
Rotary Club Action Plan Summit - 2026-27

A Rotary Club Action Plan Summit (RCAPS) is presented by a district for the benefit of clubs. At an RCAPS, attendees jointly develop creative ways to achieve and sustain membership growth and engagement/retention, increase Rotary Foundation giving and project engagement, and gain enhanced public image in their communities and clubs – all while applying Rotary’s Action Plan.
An RCAPS can be presented in-person, online, or via a hybrid format and is designed to last 2.5 hours, although a district can modify the time.
The key segments of a 2026-27 Rotary Club Action Plan Summit are:
Welcome and Overview
Bringing the Rotary Action Plan and Membership Growth to Life in Your Club
A Break and Networking
Scenario Discussion and Ideas
